About the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP)
The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360 assessment that measures your Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies as seen by self and others. Creative Competencies are leadership competencies known to help achieve results, bring out the best in others, and lead with vision. Reactive tendencies are self-limiting styles and behaviors that tend to get in the way of effective leadership. The LCP reveals a leader’s “Operating System”: Internal assumptions (beliefs) that run behavior in both domains. This allows the leader to see how his/her inner world of thought translates into a productive or unproductive style of leadership, and how he/she can shift behavior accordingly.
